And if you are wondering, I took this picture at the SL16B venue. There are many gifts that you have to go get them. I have heard that it can get very laggy and you probably are unable to TP into some of their events. If you are using Firestorm, this is what you should do to reduce lag.

1) Under your preference, reduce the graphics to low and draw distance 60m

2) Under the World menu, check "Show friends only" 

3) Remove all huds and 

4) Do this only if you still lag..... Go with your Ruth. For those who do not know who Ruth is, you are probably too young. :D Ruth is the default avatar that you are 'born' in. Remove all your mesh/bento body and head and you are now RUTH. :D

I found a very nice photography sim recently. 

At Backdrop City, you can choose from the various scenes, backgrounds and objects to perfectly tell the story through your camera. Best of all, you are given rezzed right if you join their inworld group. The group is FREE and there is no lag at the sim. :)

Using Anypose and Lumipro, I managed to do a few pictures at Backdrop City. Below is the one I did yesterday with the pose I have created using Anypose.

It came as a surprise when Poulet announced that PurpleMoon Creations,a One-Stop shopping for any occasion, will be closed soon due to her RL commitment. PM has been one of my favourite stores for its glamorous, haute couture formal and casual outfits and accessories. Though a little sad, but I guess RL always comes first. We are not sure when PM will be officially closed but for now, everything in the store is going at 50L! It is a good chance to spur on all your favourite pieces now!

Another new release from Sascha's Designs which you can only get it from Swank. The unique part of this outfit is that it comes with 3 different sleeves via a hud. 

Though this Lois outfit is tailored especially for Maiyatra, Slink, Tonic, Belleza, Fitmesh, I found that the Slink cut is also a perfect fit for my new AltamuraBa's body. How wonderful :D. Check out the February round of Swank before it ends.

To create the chic look, I found a perfect hair from .Shi. It comes in two styles and a 5x hair colours texture change via HuD and a 5x hair-base color change via Omega Appliers.

SCALA™ - YinYang Event July Post 3

The Scala YinYang event will be up and running till July 31. If you have not been there, you really must. 

I am wearing the Chic Julya Dress by Zickenkiste which comes in yellow and blue. It is on standard sizing but it fits my Maitreya body after some tweaking of my shape and adjusting of the ALPHA HUD.

The jewellery that I used to style this elegant chic dress is from the Cassiopeia Gown pack from JUMO.  Not sure if it is still available at the main store but it is surely worth a visit to check out their full range of elegant collections.

The amazing sales event at SCALA™ - YinYang Event begins July 15 featuring many exclusive designers' items.  

For my first post, I am dressed in this sassy midriff dress from Black Rose that comes with a 16 textures hud. It is made to fit most mesh bodies such as Belleza, Slink, Maitreya and TMP. 

To keep the styling simple and yet stylish, I chose to wear just a bold make up from Alma to compliment the dress. This make up which is compatible with Catwa and Lelutka heads comes with 4 lipsticks inspired by the Moon's colours and 4 by the Sun's colours.  Each lipstick also has a matching eyeshadow. You can always mix and match the different eyeshadows with your favourite lipstick. 

For a final touch, a matching nail applier from Livia that comes with 8 nail art designs for Maitreya, Slink, Omega and Vista Bento's hands completes the look for the day.

My next post for FREAKSHOW - Carnivale is this unique Mortuary Choker and Bracelet from Diamante. The jewellery comes with a texture hud that offers 32 shining shades of colours. If you are into role play, you will be delighted to know that the choker comes with the OpenCollar option. 

At the same time, I received this super sexy suede/leather platform boots with hip-hugging tight leather pants from Ghee which I just have to show you. I love the almost perfect texture on Sadie thigh boots. 

It is amazing to see how every crease on Sadie looks so real. It too comes with a texture-change HUD that features 12 shades for the boots and 6 for the jeans or pants. A "boots only" option is also included with each edition so you can wear these with shorts, skirts or dresses too! They'd probably be a hit with lingerie as well if the mood takes you! A little note, Sadie is tailored to fit only the Lara, Venus, Isis, Freya, Physique and Hourglass mesh bodies.
