Can't get enough

In my earlier post, I have showed you many of the fabulous finds from Shiny Shabby. Now, if you love SL shopping as much as I do, you must make time for Kustom 9 where it is also a one stop for many fabulous brands for fashion wear, house furniture and gatcha needs.

Today, I have put together a causal look from two of my favourite designers, Rayne Couture and Agapee with more of the treasures that I have found at Shiny Shabby.

I love to mix and match pieces from various designers. Agapee's Kate top comes with a matching skirt but I chose to style it with the new release skinny jeans from Rayne that is ablaze with 8 different colours. The Kate top and skirt comes in 5 pastel colours and is made to fit the classic, TMP, Slink and Maitreya bodies. 

I love the look of heels with jeans. Ravish for Belleza, Slink and TMP from Rayne is the eccentric, colourful heels that easily complete the look of a causal, feminine and fun style for the weekends.

Strangers in the night

I am totally amazed at how strangers can become lovers in a day and likewise how lovers of several months can become strangers in the night with a click of a button. 

Having been in SL for 5 years, I am still learning to play this SL mind game and to read a person well enough before I start to open up my heart again. However, my passion for SL photography hasn't changed over times. If you are a Mesh Fanatic

Apply Me is an event that you cannot miss if you are a Mesh Fanatic. I have put away my TMP body for awhile as the Maitreya takes a strong presence lately. There are comments that the TMP system is difficult to use. In my opinion, the learning curve is steep but once you get the hang of it, it has actually a wonderful inventory system. However, I do hope to see more designers for TMP. 

If you own a few mesh bodies, you would definitely love designs that you can wear on as many of the mesh bodies as possible. Today, I am going to introduce few of these brands that you can find in Apply Me and The Black Dot Project.

Gwen from Suki is a super sexy tight fitting lace bodysuit that comes with TMP, Slink, Belleza, Maitreya and Omega applier. A versatile piece to wear it on its own or with a skirt or remove the shoulder pad and throw over a jacket for a more formal look.

I found Michelle from VG shoes to match Gwen perfectly. Michelle comes in both Sling and TMP ouch version. Remember if you are wearing the TMP ouch, you have to have a foot size of around 45. 

As we all know, we cannot edit mesh heads too much and to stand out from the crowd, a good quality skin is very important. Leviosa from Pixy Stix comes in 10 skins tones and each skin tone includes no brow and brow versions, 3 tintable brows, nipple and no nipple version. It comes with major appliers for Maitreya, Belleza, Wowmeh, KL and TheMeshProject, etc.

SL fashion Trends

SL fashion has always been a manifestation of RL fashion. However, of late, RL fashion brands are using SL designers for their creations from SL. Angela Jarman's (Violaine Villota in SL) Fancy Fairy wings have found their way to the runway of Victoria's Secret's fashion shows. This trend can be very encouraging for SL designers whom I see are becoming more creative and realistic in their creations.

I love mesh and I am elated to see that some designers are including colour or texture changing hud to their creations. For us shoppers, this trend allows us to be more creative too in our styling at no extra cost.

ghee is one of the designers whom I am seeing more texture changing hud in their newer collections. One of which can be found at FAD Fashion Event that opens its door on May 28. You can find ghee's Portia blouse and skirt in 6 different colours which you can easily mix and match. Their Portia Leather Bag and Heels are material enabled and unrigged mesh that come with texture hud and resizer. 

I am also seeing more rl looking skin such as this Debbie skin from 7 Deadly s{K}ins at the  Event @ 1st.  It is a perfect summer skin tone if you love a little freckles on the cheek. 

To meet the demand of mesh craze shoppers, Izara, the owner and designer of 7DS, has in her store major skin appliers such as Maitreya, Slink, Belleza, TMP, Eva Body and Tango. New in the collection is the TMP head installer for the Patience skin and the June group gifts for girls which is sold at only 50L. It's definitely a steal. Hurry!
